Atlanta to set up SEZ in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Atlanta Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NG Realty Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad for setting up a Special Economic Zone at Village Rajoda & Vasna Chacharwadi, Taluka Bavla in Ahmedabad district.

The SEZ Company has acquired 230 hectares of land and entails an investment of Rs 1000 crores.

The Company will acquire 50% shareholding of NG Realty Pvt Ltd.
