Gujarat Apollo Equitpments Ltd Changes name as Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd

Gujarat Apollo Equipments Ltd has announced that consequent upon passing of a Special Resolution at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 09, 2006 and having received the approval of the Central Government under Section 21 of Companies Act, 1956 the name of the Company has been changed from "GUJARAT APOLLO EQUIPMENTS LTD" to "GUJARAT APOLLO INDUSTRIES LTD" with effect from November 28, 2006.
