Kirloskar Oil Executes Slump Sale Agreement with Kirloskar Ferrous Industries

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has announced that on December 22, 2006, a Slump Sale Agreement was executed with Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd for giving effect to the sale of Castings Division of the Company to Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd with effect from January 01, 2007 as a going concern for a total consideration of Rs 21 Crores.
