Country Club raises US$25 million through FCCB issue

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Company has raised US$ 25,000,000.00 by way of issuing Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in the international markets. The Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Elara Capital Plc, London was the Lead Manager for the Issue and PL Advisory Services acted as the Indian Advisors to the company.
