Orient Ceramics Board to fix record date for bonus issue

Orient Ceramics & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 27, 2006 to fix the Record Date to ascertain the entitlement of the Bonus Shares.

Further the Company has informed that, fixing of the Record date will be subject to the approval of the Bonus Issue by the members of the Company in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on December 27, 2006.
