Indiabulls Financial acquires 100% equity share capital of Noble Realtors

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Noble Realtors Pvt Ltd ("Noble Realtors"). Noble Realtors is a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 which is engaged in the business of construction and development of real estate projects.
