Hon'ble High Court, Kolkata approves Scheme of Arrangement of Binani Industries

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court, Kolkata has approved the Scheme of Arrangement for swap of Company's Shares with the shares of Binani Cement Ltd and Binani Zinc Ltd as per the communication received from the Company's solicitors.

The formal orders are awaited.
