Govind Rubber allots shares to IDBI, IFCI as per CDR scheme

Govind Rubber Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 30, 2006 has allotted 131369 equity Shares to the Bank / Financial institution as per the following details:

1. Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) - 100833

2. IFCI - 30536

The said allotment has been made as apart of CDR Re-workout proposal as approved by CDR Cell in October 2005. further the Company has passed necessary resolution under sec. 81 (1A) in the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 02, 2006.
