Uttam Sugar to diversify into ethanol and co-generation projects

Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2006 has decided that the Company will go for diversification in the area of ethanol and Co-generation projects, at the existing factory units at an estimate cost of Rs 300 Crores for which necessary financial arrangement is to be made.
