VBC Industries equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

VBC Industries Ltd has announced that Shareholders of the Company, in a Court Convened meeting held on December 16, 2006 approved the proposal for the Scheme of amalgamation of M/s Bharat Alloys & Energy Ltd with the Company u/s 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, w.e.f. April 01, 2006.
