Dollex Industries approves issue of 16,25,000 shares for atleast Rs.41

Dollex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2006, has resolved to issue 16,25,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price not less than Rs 41/- per share to following allottees:

1. K & J Holdings Pvt Ltd
2. Mr Sunil Ohri
3. Mr Syed Shafiur Rahman
4. Shri Anil Ranka
5. Mrs Prerana Ranka
6. Mrs Indradevi Ranka
7. Shri Virendra Jain
8. Mrs Astha Jain
9. Swastik Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd
10. Maud Estates Pvt Ltd

The said shares will be issued pursuant to provisions of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956, and SEBI (DIP) guidelines 2000 for making preferential allotment of securities. In the said meeting, the Board unanimously resolved to pass the said resolution by Postal Ballot, pursuant to the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) rules, 2001.
