NCL Industries to consider preferential issue

NCL Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2006, inter alia, to consider preferential issue of shares and / or warrants or other instruments to part finance the proposed Cement Expansion project of the Company.
