Jaihind Projects to consider issue of debentures on preferential basis

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2006, to consider the following:

1. Issue of 20,00,000 0% fully convertible debentures of Rs 40 each on preferential basis agree gating to Rs 8.00 Crores.

2. Convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting on January 22, 2007 for passing special resolution for above issue.

3. Fixing the relevant date for determining the price on conversion of debenture as per SEBI guide lines.
