Hindustan Wires allots 25 lacs shares on preferential basis

Hindustan Wires Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2006 has approved the allotment of 25 lacs Equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each fully paid up amounting to Rs 2,50,00,000/-, on preferential basis to Kashipur Holdings Ltd (Holding Company of the Company and also an Associate Company of the Promoters) in terms of Sanctioned Rehabilitation Scheme by BIFR / AAIFR.
