Pacific Cotspin to consider preferential issue to promoters

Pacific Cotspin Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2006, inter alia, to decide on Preferential Issue of Equity Shares to the Promoters of the Company for funding the working capital and expansion programme of the Company.
