Mazda allots 2,00,000 shares on preferential basis

Mazda Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2006 has allotted 2,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Multitech Marketing Pvt Ltd and 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Mr. Mayank S Shah on conversion of equity warrants allotted to them on preferential basis.
