Hon'ble Court Cancels Kohinoor Broadcasting' Equity Shares issued on preferential basis

Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble Civil Judge Patiala had vide its order dated December 07, 2006 cancelled the allotment of 70,00,000 equity shares made on preferential allotment basis on April 30, 2005. The Board of Directors of the Company is convening a meeting on December 19, 2006 to take a view of the situation arising out of the said order.
