Dolphin Offshore to consider acceptance of enhanced credit facility from SBI

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 13, 2006 to consider the acceptance of enhanced credit facilities sanctioned by the State Bank of India.
