ONGC Board to consider Interim Dividend

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2006 for considering the declaration of Interim Dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, December 28, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07. The payment of the above dividend, if declard, shall start from December 29, 2006.
