Maharaja Shree Umaid Board decides allotment of 43,20,000 bonus shares

Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2006 have decided to make allotment of fully paid 43,20,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each, as Bonus shares, to the equity shareholders of the company whose names appear in the Register of Members as on November 10, 2006 ( being the Record date), in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one new equity share of Rs 10/- each for every one existing Equity share of Rs 10/-.

This is in pursuance of the approval accorded by the shareholders of their Company in their Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2006.

With the allotment of the abovementioned fully paid equity shares of the company as Bonus shares, the Issued and Subscribed Equity shares of the company shall increase from the existing 43,20,000 shares to 86,40,000 shares, and the Issued & Subscribed share capital shall increase from Rs 432.0O lacs to Rs 846.00 lacs.
