RDB Industries allots shares and warrants at Rs.170

RDB Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2006 has made preferential allotment of 750000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 160/- per share and 750000 share warrants at an issue price of Rs 170/- per share warrant to M/s. Teck Consultancy & Services Pvt Ltd.
