Aurobindo Pharma to consider merger of subsidiary companies

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposal for merger of APL Life Sciences Ltd & Senor Organics Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary Companies of the Company, with itself.
