Silverline Technologies approve GDR issue of US$ 12 million

Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2006 has approved the issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) to the tune of US$ 12.00 million to foreign investors (whether institutions and/or incorporated bodies and/or individuals or otherwise, and whether or not such investors are members of the company).
