Pan Packaging to consider issue of shares, warrants

Pan Packaging Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2006 inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares and Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis along with increase in Authorised share capital of the Company and to carry out subsequent changes in Articles and Memorandum of Association, subject to the required approvals, including approval of Members of the Company.
