Sinhal Holdings to change name, allots 50,00,000 shares on preferential basis

Sinhal Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 06, 2006, have taken the following decisions:

1. The Board has considered and approved the proposal for the change of name of the Company from "RESPONSIVE POLYMERS LTD" to "RESPONSIVE INDUSTRIES LTD".

2. The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on December 30, 2006.

3. The Board has allotted 50,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters and other investors.
