Mihijam Vanaspati to sell forfeited shares

Mihijam Vanaspati Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on October 31, 2006 was deferred due to some unavoidable circumstances, which was subsequently held on November 13, 2006. During the meeting, apart from various normal agenda, the Board had decided to sale forfeited 606700 equity shares of the Company at a premium of Rs 2/- per share i.e. @12/- to Sri. Rajesh Agarwal, Kolkata.
