JMA Industries to consider conversion of ECB into preference shares

JMA Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2006, inter alia, to consider the matter related to conversion of External Commercial Borrowing into Preference Shares.
