Rain Commodities to consider increasing FII limit

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006 interalia, to consider increase in FII limit and convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Share holders of the Company.
