Kohinoor Broadcasting EGM approves GDR / FCCB issue

Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 04, 2006, has given the fresh approval for the GDR / FCCB issue of Rs 500 million. The shareholders have authorized the Board of Directors to give effect to the above decision.
