Amtek India to consider allotment of 2,69,17,810 shares on preferential basis

Amtek India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 07, 2006, to allot 2,69,17,810 equity shares to the Promoters of the company, FIIs and Foreign Corporate Bodies on Preferential basis.
