Natura Hue Chem EGM approves re-issue of forfeited shares

Natura Hue Chem Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 01, 2006 have passed the resolution to re-issue 19,52,400 equity shares of Rs 10.00 each which have been forfeited to such persons at such price as the Board may determine, however, no such shares shall be reissued to the promoters, directors, their relatives or persons acting in consort with them.
