Solix Technologies allots 2,25,000 at Rs.90

Solix Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2006, has allotted 2,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 90/- (including premium of Rs 80/-) on preferential basis, to Mr T S Mohit Kumar, non-resident Indian, pursuant to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 05, 2006.
