Jubilant Organosys allots Shares on Conversion of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2006, has allotted 177,964 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 162.646 per share has been made to Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd and Kuvera Fund Ltd, on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) amounting to US $ 650,000.
