Adani Enterprises to issue securities for US$ 250 million

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2006, has approved the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and/or other securities for a sum not exceeding US$ 250 Million subject to the approval of members in the general meeting.
