Kirloskar Ferrous to issue shares and warrants on rights basis

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Rights’ Issue and Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on December 06, 2006 to discuss and approve matters related to the proposed issue of equity shares cum detachable warrants on a rights’ basis to the existing shareholders of the Company proposed in terms of the board of directors meeting held on May 24 and September 28, 2006 including but not limited to the Issue price of the Rights’ shares, ratio and Conversion price for the detachable warrants.
