NComputing Launches Exclusive Limited-Time Special Price of Rs 3750 for Computer stations to Educational Institutions in India

New Delhi, 12th May, 2009: NComputing, the world’s leading provider of ultra low-cost computing, today announced a Special Education Pricing Scheme, effective until 20th June 2009, to encourage private educational institutions throughout the country to experience the high performance and significant cost savings its solution has already delivered to 5,000 government schools in Andhra Pradesh and hundreds more private schools, some of them being, PS Senior Secondary School, Bharat Higher Senior School, American International School, KFI School and John F Kennedy Public School etc.

The special pricing includes a special 25% discount on the NComputing X-series kits and a 15% discount on the L-series. The discount is only available to private educational institutions in India during the promotional period. With the special pricing scheme, NComputing delivers computing seats at dramatically reduced costs starting at Rs 3750 per seat after discount. The offer is available through participating resellers and on the MRP.

The NComputing solution is based on a simple fact: Today’s PCs are so powerful that the vast majority of users only need a small fraction of the computing capacity.
