Kama Holdings Ltd declares interim dividend fo Rs. 23.20

The Board of Directors of Kama Holdings Ltd at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 232.00% i.e. Rs. 23.20 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, 20th March 2026.

The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be on and from Thursday, the 09th April, 2026.

Shares of Kama Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2507.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2575.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6350 in over 386 trades.
