GHCL obtains approval to transfer warrants to foreign promoter company

GHCL Ltd has announced that Oval Investment Pvt Ltd (one of the promoter Company) has informed the Company vide its letter dated November 30, 2006, that they have obtained approval from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for transfer of 20,00,000 preferential convertible warrants of the Company, in favour of Hexabond Ltd (foreign promoter Company) i.e. inter se transfer between the promoters.
