Vakrangee Softwares to invest Rs.2.10 Crores in Vakrangee Electronics Ltd

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006, has approved an Investment of Rs 2.10 crores by subscribing 21 Lacs equity Shares of Vakrangee Electronics Ltd (VEL) @ Rs 10/- per share.

Further the Company has informed that, after holding 21 Lacs equity shares of VEL by the Company, VEL will be a subsidiary of the Company.
