Centenial Surgical Suture forfeits 3551900 shares

Centenial Surgical Suture Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2009, partly paid-up Equity Shares totaling 35,51,900 (Thirty Five Lakhs Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred) were forfeited, after two notices and a final notice due to non payment of allotment money.
