DCW Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider Issue of Shares on Right basis.

To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.8.10, up by Rs.0.13 or 1.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.30 and low of Rs.8.

The total traded quantity was 88128 compared to 2 week average of 111034.
