Vraj Iron and Steel Ltd has received today the Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board (CECB) for its Induction Furnace unit having an installed capacity of 1,53,000 TPA, situated at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Upon receipt of the aforesaid approval, the Company has commenced commercial production from the said Induction Fumace unit with effect from today, i.e., March27, 2026.
This milestone marks a significant step in enhancing the Company's production capacity and operational efhciency. The Jaid unit has been set up with advanced technology and is expected to contribute positively to the Company's overall performance.
Shares of Vraj Iron And Steel Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 102.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8833 in over 235 trades.
