Century Plyboards acquire "Aura Sundaram Ply & Doors Pvt Ltd" and "Century Star Shipping Ltd"

Century Plyboards India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has considered and decided, in principle, to acquire controlling interest, in a company named "Aura Sundaram Ply & Doors Pvt Ltd engaged in manufacture of Plywood related products at Uttaranchal and also controlling interest in another Company named "Century Star Shipping Ltd", a Company engaged in shipping business.
