Talbros Automotive members & unsecured creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has announced that the Members & Unsecured Creditors at their respective Court convened meeting held on October 28, 2006 have approved Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 inter-alia merging of XO Stamping Ltd and IT Business of XO Infotech Ltd into the company.

Further the Company has informed that, the members of XO Infotech Ltd have also approved the aforesaid Scheme in their Court Convened Meeting held on October 29, 2006.
