Choice International Limited (BSE: 531358; NSE: CHOICEIN), one of India's leading full-service financial services conglomerates, announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Driven by expansion across its core operating verticals-Broking & Distribution, Advisory, and NBFC services-the company reported a 34.07% year-on-year surge in consolidated total revenue to ₹319 crore.
Solid Top-Line Expansion and Operational Growth
For Q1 FY27, Choice International posted total consolidated revenue of ₹319 crore, up 34.07 per cent compared to ₹238 crore reported in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, revenue registered a steady rise of 1.65 per cent over the ₹314 crore achieved in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY26), demonstrating consistent operational traction.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter reached ₹114 crore, representing a 31.38 per cent year-on-year growth over ₹87 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, EBITDA moderated by 7.02 per cent compared to ₹123 crore recorded in Q4 FY26.
The company's EBITDA margin for Q1 FY27 stood at 35.75 per cent, reflecting a mild contraction of 73 basis points year-on-year from 36.48 per cent in Q1 FY26, and a sequential decrease of 333 basis points from 39.08 per cent in Q4 FY26.
Bottom-Line Highlights and Margin Profile
Profit After Tax (PAT) for the first quarter rose by 26.37 per cent year-on-year to ₹61 crore, up from ₹48 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Sequentially, PAT contracted by 10.66 per cent compared to ₹68 crore reported in Q4 FY26.
The company's PAT margin for Q1 FY27 came in at 19.00 per cent, compared to 20.16 per cent in Q1 FY26 (down 116 basis points year-on-year) and 21.62 per cent in Q4 FY26 (down 262 basis points sequentially).
The overall performance reflects strong foundational momentum as Choice International enters FY27 with double-digit top-line and bottom-line growth on a year-on-year basis.

In this financial year, our consulting subsidiaries; Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL) and Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited (ACPL) secured multiple government mandates aggregating approximately Rs. 191 Cr, spanning e-governance and digital transformation, railway infrastructure, project management consultancy, engineering supervision, financial advisory, technology consulting and citizen-centric public infrastructure initiatives across multiple states. These engagements meaningfully deepen our credibility in the public sector advisory space and reflect the growing scale of our order pipeline.
Choice AMC Private Limited also received SEBI approval to act as Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust, a Category II AIF sponsored by Choice International Limited. Further, Choice Institutional Equities hosted InsightX 2026, bringing together 100+ corporates and 150+ institutional investors and allocators, strengthening engagement across the investment ecosystem.
During Q2 FY27, Choice International's subsidiary, Choice Equity Broking, entered into a strategic partnership with NH Investment & Securities, one of South Korea's leading financial institutions, marked by a strategic investment of ₹900 million to accelerate the subsidiary's long-term growth and expansion plans.
