M&B Engineering Limited, a leading Indian engineering-led construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and self-supported steel roofing solutions, announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Key Consolidated Financial Highlights
M&B Engineering recorded strong double-digit growth across revenue and net profitability for Q1 FY27:
Revenue from Operations: Stood at ₹291.10 crore, delivering a 22.49% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹237.65 crore in Q1 FY26.
Total Income: Advanced 22.46% YoY to ₹296.18 crore from ₹241.85 crore in the year-ago period.
EBITDA: Grew 6.17% YoY to ₹35.76 crore compared to ₹33.68 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA margin for the quarter came in at 12.28% (vs. 14.17% in Q1 FY26).
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose 19.84% YoY to ₹29.27 crore from ₹24.43 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached ₹21.90 crore, registering a 20.79% YoY increase over ₹17.95 crore in Q1 FY26. PAT margin remained stable at 7.52% (vs. 7.54% in Q1 FY26).
Operational Performance & Order Book Strength
The company demonstrated strong revenue visibility supported by healthy order inflows across its primary business divisions:
Total Orders on Hand: Reached ₹1,053 crore as of June 30, 2026, marking a 24.9% YoY growth.
Phenix Division (PEBs): Accounted for ₹837 crore, representing 79.5% of the total order book.
Proflex Division (Steel Roofing): Accounted for ₹216 crore, representing 20.5% of the total order book.

- Revenue from Operations stood at ₹291 crore, a 22.5% growth as compared to ₹238 crore in Q1FY26.
- EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹36 crore, a 6.2% growth compared to ₹33 crore in Q1FY26.
- EBITDA margin stood at 12.3%, compared to 14.2% in the corresponding quarter last year.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹22 crore, a growth of 21% from ₹18 crore in Q1FY26.
- Export revenue came in at ₹28 crore, representing significant growth YoY.
