Profit After Tax (PAT): Reported at ₹138.1 crore for Q1 FY27, registering an 18.0% YoY increase over ₹117.1 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 17.6% QoQ growth compared to ₹117.5 crore in Q4 FY26. Full-year FY26 PAT stood at ₹417.1 crore.
PAT Margin: Maintained at 19.9% in Q1 FY27, matching the 19.9% recorded in Q1 FY26 and expanding from 18.8% in Q4 FY26. Full-year FY26 PAT margin was 17.6%.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1 FY27 rose to ₹45.06 per share, compared to ₹38.19 in Q1 FY26 and ₹38.32 in Q4 FY26. Full-year FY26 EPS stood at ₹136.03.

Full & Final Settlement for Badlapur Plant Insurance Claim
- Following the fire incident on 18 January 2024 at a neighboring facility, which resulted in damage to certain property, plant and equipment and inventories and caused temporary disruption to operations, the Company had filed insurance claims for property damage, inventory losses and business interruption
- During Q1 FY26, the Company received the final settlement of ₹6.98 crore towards the business interruption claim, which was recognised as an exceptional item during that quarter
- In July 2026, the insurance claim relating to property damage and inventory losses was finally settled at ₹4.35 crore. Interim settlements aggregating to ₹1.80 crore had already been received in earlier periods. Consequently, appropriate adjustments have been incorporated in the standalone financial statements for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
