Gland Pharma Announces Strategic CDMO Partnership with a Global Pharmaceutical Company

Gland Pharma Limited (BSE: 543245, NSE: GLAND) today announced the execution of a strategic Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (MSA) with one of the leading global pharmaceutical companies for the Technology Transfer, Manufacturing and Supply of a portfolio of sterile injectable products for global markets.
The partnership establishes Gland Pharma as an integrated end-to-end partner supporting multiple products across various stages of the product lifecycle, including both commercially marketed products and pipeline products under development. The collaboration follows a full-service CDMO model encompassing technology transfer, process development, scale-up, validation, commercial manufacturing, and long-term supply of sterile injectable products.
The portfolio comprises a diversified basket of oncology and non-oncology products in Vial, Lyo, Ampoules and pre-filled syringe (PFS) presentations, covering both complex and conventional injectable formulations. Under the agreement, Gland Pharma will leverage its integrated capabilities across development, technology transfer, manufacturing, quality and regulatory support to provide a comprehensive "one-stop" solution to its partner.
The agreement is expected to provide strong long-term business visibility, with revenue generation anticipated from calendar year 2029. The current agreement covers 55 SKUs to be manufactured across three sites, with scope of adding more products soon. Once all products are commercialized, the annualized revenue potential is expected to be approximately USD 90-100 million. Technology transfer activities are planned for completion within two years, with revenues expected to commence from calendar year 2029.
The partnership represents an important milestone in Gland Pharma's growth journey and further strengthens its position as a trusted global CDMO partner for pharmaceutical companies seeking a full-service model including integrated development, technology transfer and manufacturing solutions for sterile injectable products.

Shares of Gland Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2600.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2617.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18244 in over 1389 trades.
