Keto Motors Signs MoUs with Three Major Mobility Operators to Deploy Up to 250 Electric Buses

Electric vehicle manufacturer Keto Motors Limited (formerly known as Taaza International Limited; BSE: 537392) has announced the execution of three strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) on August 2, 2026.

This marks a major commercial expansion for the company in the employee transportation and B2B fleet mobility space.

Under these strategic collaborations, Keto Motors plans to supply up to 250 units of its 9-metre electric buses to leading mobility service providers: STS Wheels Private Limited, Svida Mobility Private Limited, and Hybrid Fleet Management Private Limited.

Breakdown of Key MoU Terms and Partner Entities

1. STS Wheels Private Limited (Sony Transport)

Partner Profile: One of the largest employee transportation and mobility service providers.

Order Scope: Firm intent to deploy a total of 50 units of Keto Motors' 9-metre electric buses.

Delivery Schedule: Keto Motors will deliver one (1) homologated electric bus on an expedited basis for immediate operational evaluation and early deployment. The remaining 49 buses will be delivered in three subsequent phases as per mutually agreed timelines in the definitive agreement.

2. Svida Mobility Private Limited

Partner Profile: Leading corporate mobility and fleet operator.

Order Scope: Strategic deployment intent for 50 to 100 units of Keto Motors' 9-metre electric buses, subject to firm order placement under subsequent definitive supply contracts.

3. Hybrid Fleet Management Private Limited

Partner Profile: Corporate fleet management operator.

Order Scope: Deployment intent for 50 to 100 units of Keto Motors' 9-metre electric buses under upcoming vehicle supply agreements.
