Revocation Application & Resolution: Aarti Drugs formally applied to the GPCB seeking a revocation of the closure order after addressing the compliance observations and initiating corrective and preventive measures.

Order Receipt (July 31, 2026): The GPCB accepted the company's representation and formally issued the order revoking the closure directives.Environmental Damage Compensation (EDC): As an interim measure under the "Polluter Pays" principle and in line with Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines, the GPCB levied an interim EDC of ₹10,20,000 (Rupees 10.20 Lakhs).

Payment Settlement: Aarti Drugs confirmed that it has already deposited the entire interim compensation amount of ₹10.20 Lakhs with the GPCB.
